ABOUT THIS GAME
Cuboid Keeper is a 2D arena shooter with ship building elements and a captivating story.
The game consists of about 40 levels. Each level takes place in an enclosed play zone where the player must fire on the enemies that successively spawn, while evading their attacks by transforming into a Spark.
Between each level, the main character can be rebuilt by assembling modules. Each module enables a skill that complements the others and requires adapting the play style to fully master. Modules can be equipped many times to increase their effect.
Story
A few seconds after waking up, the hero receives his mission from four shady overseers: he is the Guardian of the Cube and must destroy all the intruders without mercy. So begins the legendary challenge, clashing four lost and hopeful civilizations against a devoted but confused Guardian. Does any of this make sense?
Features
Solid controls (twin stick style), easy to learn, but hard to master.
Ability to play with keyboard only, keyboard + mouse or controller.
A constantly evolving ship: it grows after each level and new modules are regularly unblocked, forcing the player to adapt his playstyle.
40 hand made levels, with 8 mini bosses and 8 bosses.
A captivating story about four advanced, but flawed, civilizations and an ancient secret giving hope to the entire galaxy.
